We are also looking forward to train and build the capacity of the employees in the organization or individuals pursuiding career prospects in the market.
About
We have been in the Consulting Service since 2011 onwards. It started with 2 people managing the firm and initially we took the job of developing eco-tourism guideline for the Royal Society for Protection of Nature. It was a great starting point for the firm with individual knwledge and experience put together for the achievement. Now we are everywhere in all aspects of business and capacity development.
Services
Our services range from diverse areas of professionals to the needs of the agencies or individuals in the country. We are there in conducting feasibility studies, research, operational areas, management, engineering, startegic planning, performance evaluation, monitoring and building action plans. We are conduct financial, eco-technology studies, environment, energy and social science.
Projects
We have undertaken numerous projects in terms of strategic planning, development of guidelines, revision of policies, service conditions, infrastructure development, cost benefit analysis, supply chain development, manuals development, surveys, salary studies, HRD master plans and OD exercise or manapower rationalization.
Further we are looking into engineering studies, case studies and other socio-economic development aspects.
